EXPECTATIONS:

  • Members should have 1-2 action items to commit to doing before each mastermind call based on the feedback received from previous call(s).

  • Members are expected to engage regularly (mastermind calls, forum discussions) and support one another in growth, providing each other with access to needed resources and connecting with others who share a similar passion for achievement, prosperity and integrity.

  • Everyone has a voice. Edification rather than back-stabbing or cut-downs. Reciprocity, support, honesty, love, professional behavior, true experience, no hype, respect, value and of course cheering one another on to success.

  • Confidentiality. Our group is a "safe space" to share thoughts, ideas, challenges, strategies, etc. Members are expected to treat everything shared in our forum and on the calls with the utmost respect and will not share outside the group without permission.

  • Members should state their first name before speaking on mastermind calls. We like to know who is sharing their greatness and give credit where credit is due.

  • Members are expected to be fully present during mastermind calls. The computer is off, distractions are at bay. Only note-taking and sharing greatness.
